The Arabic HRMS system allows creating and configuring leave types as per grades, designation & locations considering the diverse leave policies of Amman, Egypt, Bahrain, Qatar, Oman, Kuwait, Mauritius and Saudi Arabia. The multi-level approval feature ensures that all managers and the HRIS stationed in various places get email alerts for the pending leave applications. We describe all leave entitlements by employee, as well as leave accruals against leave entitlements.
Employees will be able to submit leave requests by Employee Self Service Module, which are reviewed and approved by the concerned organization unit as well as the Human Resource Department.
